About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY. In this full-time position based in Medini Johor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
• Resolving customer issues and concerns by offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and making recommendations to management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.
• Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain the company's high standards of service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, customer-centric culture.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is highly desirable.
