Job Responsibilities:

1. Nutritional Product Promotion: Promote nutritional products, including supplements, meal plans, and wellness tools.
2. Educate clients on product benefits, proper usage, and wellness routines.
3. Provide personalized nutrition consultations and support to customers.

1. Public Speaking and Presentations: Host engaging workshops, seminars, and live presentations on nutrition, wellness, and the benefits of the company's products.
2. Deliver persuasive and educational public talks to potential customers and recruits, both in person and online.
3. Speak at local health events, expos, and MLM conferences to increase brand visibility and credibility.
4. Use storytelling and presentation skills to inspire and motivate others to join the MLM network and adopt healthy lifestyles.

1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers by providing continuous nutrition advice and support.
2. Maintain follow-up with clients to track progress, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with products.
3. Provide expert advice on overcoming health challenges and reaching wellness goals through the company's products.

1. Training and Mentoring: Train new distributors by offering guidance and coaching on how to sell products and recruit others.
2. Conduct team-building workshops and motivational sessions to inspire team members.
3. Teach recruits how to effectively use public speaking skills to promote products and recruit new team members.

1. Marketing and Brand Representation: Use social media platforms, blogs, videos, and email marketing to share nutrition tips, product information, and success stories.
2. Leverage public speaking engagements to boost brand awareness and attract new customers and recruits.
3. Develop engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos) related to health, nutrition, and MLM business opportunities to engage and expand the audience.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is preferred. Public speaking or communications courses/certifications are a plus.
2. Experience:
   1. Previous experience in sales or MLM is a plus, particularly with a focus on health or wellness products.
   2. Proven public speaking experience, including leading workshops, seminars, or speaking engagements.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong communication and public speaking skills.
   2. Ability to deliver educational and inspiring talks to large groups.
   3. Ability to lead and motivate a team of distributors.
   4. Digital marketing skills, including content creation for social media and email.
   5. Strong organizational skills to manage sales, recruits, and customer relationships effectively.

Other Requirements:

1. Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales and recruitment goals.
2. Flexibility to work remotely and in-person, including attending events, webinars, or seminars.
3. Must be ethical, transparent, and committed to providing value to customers and team members.
4. Must be willing to travel outstation for events, workshops, and in-person training sessions to promote products and expand the distributor network.
