Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team at Dezerv. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (including Google Ads and Meta Ads). You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for the company. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies to achieve business objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, revenue growth)
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creatives, budgeting, and bid strategies
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive campaign improvements
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI
- Manage daily and monthly spends across various advertising channels, ensuring budgets are met without overspending
- Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Use data-driven approaches to identify opportunities and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics
- Work closely with the creative team/agency to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand messaging
- Collaborate with other departments such as content, analytics, and sales to align strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels to recommend new growth opportunities
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Should have experience managing a monthly campaign budget of at least INR 10 lakhs
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
- Strong proficiency in campaign optimization using performance data and A/B testing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address campaign and business challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, reporting, and budget management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Google Ads and other relevant platform certifications
- Prior experience working with B2B or lead-generation businesses
- Prior experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage
