Job Summary We are seeking an experienced  Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of declarative and programmatic development tools, along with integration experience, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using  Apex ,  Visualforce , and  Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Utilize declarative tools like  Flows ,  Validation Rules , and  Approval Processes .
  • Configure and optimize standard/custom objects, fields, record types, and advanced reporting solutions.
Integrations & Data Management
  • Design and implement integrations using  REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools like  MuleSoft or  Boomi .
  • Perform data migrations with tools like  Data Loader or ETL platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity through robust validation mechanisms.
Technical Design & Architecture
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and performance best practices.
  • Provide architectural guidance and performance optimization.
Testing & Deployment
  • Create unit tests, participate in system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Automate deployment processes with  Salesforce DX ,  Gearset , or  Copado .
User Support & Collaboration
  • Work with administrators, analysts, and users to troubleshoot and enhance Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in  Apex ,  Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,  SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce APIs.
  • Expertise in integration patterns and middleware platforms like  MuleSoft or  Boomi .
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, and data encryption.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Bitbucket) and handling large datasets.
Salesforce Platform Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of  Sales Cloud ,  Service Cloud ,  Experience Cloud , and more.
  • Familiarity with  Salesforce CPQ ,  Billing , and  Invoicing is a plus.
Certifications (Minimum Required):
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Administrator or  App Builder (preferred).
  • Additional certifications like  Integration Architecture Designer are a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
