LOCATION: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Accountant REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Should have 5 to 8 years of work experience in raising debt and financial modelling DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Very good commercial & negotiation skills Debt Restructuring Valuation expertise Treasury management Project Coordination DUTIES: Debt: Raising loans from banks and financial institutions for the projects- Preparation of financial models for working capital and long term loans, Loan application to Banks, Follow up with Banks / financial institutions for sanction. Execution of Loan /security documents along with other documents and release of the same post the repayment of debt in entirety, handling loan pre and post disbursement requirements. Management of Banking relationships: Ensuring timely payment to lenders when due and handing various certification like UFCE and other audit requirement of lenders. Annual periodic /review requirements like LIE / Valuation reports, Compliances of debt covenants etc, Co ordination with internal teams & external Valuers for periodic valuation / LIE reports to be submitted to banks for under construction / completed projects. Working with law firms for title reports. Obtaining Lenders NOCs for sale of residential units. Provide support to the business teams, as may be required,. Research on real estate domestic, international, etc. Support business teams on various analysis, Financial Modelling, etc. in respect of existing projects / new projects Support in Business Planning & Budgeting Projections- Preparation of Budget, variance analysis with actual performance.
