Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation & Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation and digital marketing, with a strong focus on the US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting qualified prospects within the US market.
- Utilize lead generation tools like Apollo.io to research and identify potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify target audiences.
- Develop targeted content (e.g., blog posts, white papers) to attract and engage potential leads.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools.
- Qualify leads according to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) criteria.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Instantly.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to promote SR Analytics' solutions and services.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation and digital marketing, with a focus on the US market.
- Proven experience in utilizing lead generation tools like Apollo.io.
- Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns using tools like Instantly.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, research, and graphic design skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
