We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Mumbai Assistant Manager / Manager - MMB India Communications team We will count on you to:

  • Understanding the brief from clients & internal teams to plan creative communications.
  • Drive enrollments towards Voluntary plans.
  • Planning campaigns around enrollments, wellness programs communication and creating awareness for clients across locations.
  • Basic self designing skills and editing of creatives, videos, animated ppt’s using powerpoint / word / canva etc.
  • Liaison with the design teams & agency to get the creatives designed and delivered within the brand guidelines and client expectation.
  • Support client executives with the relevant information and knowledge sharing. Driving new initiatives internally and with clients.
  • Communication & content creation for clients on various topics like enrollments, administration process, market updates. Content development for employee education on benefits
  • Development of pre sales material to support internal sales teams
  • Develop internal newsletters on best practices, market developments and trends
  • Support other teams for product education material & client communication support
What you need to have: Minimum experience of 4-6 years in a client communication or marketing/Ad agency role Has in the past worked across different marketing channels and understands how to cater effective communication strategies to B2B2C audience Has a creative bend of mind and is always finding ways to take marketing campaigns to the next level Has the eye to understand the needs of stakeholders with some experience in managing different projects Good communicator, fast learner and takes initiative to offer more Multi-tasker and knows how to prioritize workflow to ensure timely delivery of all projects Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint/ design software is definitely a plus!
