Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and be the face of Diamond2. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in alignment with the brand’s vision of sustainable luxury. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offering expert guidance on our collections, including Fine and High Jewelry.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to convey the unique value of lab-grown diamonds.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented to reflect the brand’s luxury image.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through personalized client interactions.
- Handle client orders, payments, and invoicing with attention to detail.
- Support the team with inventory management and daily operational tasks.
- Passionate about luxury jewelry and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
