Responsibilities Coordinate sales activities: Manage schedules, communications, and events Process orders: Ensure orders are accurate, processed on time, and meet customer requirements Provide customer support: Respond to customer queries and complaints, and offer after-sales support Create sales reports: Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for clients and management Maintain sales records: Develop and maintain filing systems to track interactions, bookings, and preferences Collaborate with other departments: Work with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure sales, marketing, and deliveries are handled efficiently Conduct market research: Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings Manage budgets: Manage budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel Maintains customer relationship and satisfaction.
