Responsibilities Job Description
- Work on sales force effectiveness projects like Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, Incentive Compensation (IC), Dashboard reporting for pharma clients , Test & Control Analysis, MMX
- Develop SQL queries based on business rules and develop Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs
- Understand Pharma commercial data sets like Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data etc. and can triangulate data from multiple sources that drives commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with onshore team/client for day-to-day project activities and guide team, delegate tasks, and take accountability of end-to-end engagement management.
- Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.
- Facilitating data enabled decision making for clients by providing and communicating insights & recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to clients.
- Coach and mentor junior team members for higher responsibilities.
- MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma/Master degree - Life Sciences academic background or
- B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME - Engineering academic background.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Sales force effectiveness/ IC Analytics & dashboard Reporting/ targeting & segmentation/Test & Control Analysis/ MMX
- Strong Tableau, SQL, Excel tool knowledge
- Mandatory working experience with life sciences clients
- Strong oral and written communication with storyboarding skills.
- Strong learning ability and analytical mindset.
- Flexibility in terms of approach and availability to cater to client needs.
- Working policy: Hybrid working model (3 days a week from office)
- Location: Based out of either of the locations - Pune, Bengaluru
