Summary: The Project Manager is accountable for the vision, strategy and management of Data domain within Health, Wealth and Career (HWC) business as well as AI initiatives within the organization. They define and manage the delivery of strategy or assess fitness of the plan to deliver business outcomes. They should coordinate with various stakeholders in the domain to deliver results. Successful candidates are humble, thoughtful and respectful of ideas, while bringing passionate solutions that strengthen the products. Our goal is to produce quality solutions while having fun in a casual, results-driven environment. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. Role:

  • Be able to think BIG and deliver iteratively at the same time
  • Strategy: Setting and communicating a vision and strategy
  • Ideation: Gather and promote the most relevant ideas into features
  • Roadmaps: Plan and prioritize what (and when) the teams will deliver
  • Features: Define the “what” with user stories and requirements
  • Proactive Engagement with all stakeholders throughout the Solution Delivery Life Cycle to ensure a full end to end delivery has been implemented
  • Ensure the proposed solutions meet the stakeholders needs whilst complying with WTW Group Strategic Architectural, Security and Compliance guidelines
  • Effectively manage, resolved and escalate Risks, Issues and Dependencies
  • Be hands-on, drive the project management delivery through liaison with business representatives, subject-matter experts, business analysts, HWC leadership, scrum-masters, developers, testers and architects to ensure that the proposed solution is mapped to business outcomes.
  • Participate in user groups and practitioner forums comprising of key stakeholders across WTW to constantly improve the internal customer experience, gather additional requirements and shape future offerings.
  • User experience, a thorough understanding of how technology can help the user to successfully complete a task.
  • An ambassador for the product and a key stakeholder in user centred research and design related decision-making, ensuring state of the art approaches, methods and assuring the quality of the user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or an IT related subject or relevant business experience.
  • 12-14 years’ overall experience with relevant experience in business analysis, project/product management, data management and technology product development.
  • Systems development, data management and project management experience required
  • Ability to recognise game changing innovations and introduce relevant products to the WTW Tech offering for our customers
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision
  • Organised and methodical
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Azure development/integration experience
  • Experience using version control system as GIT, TFS, SVN
  • Ability to interpret business conversations and translate into technical requirements
  • Varied SDLC experience specifically Agile and DevOps (TDD, BDD, CI/CD)
  • Knowledge of Insurance Regulations
  • Experience with International and Virtual teams
  • Understanding of Data and AI
Desirable
  • APMP, Prince2 or Agile certified
  • Previously worked in a financial services organization ideally insurance
  • Worked with PMO to deliver Agile projects whilst complying with corporate governance gate/check point procedures
  • A Technical background
  • Experience of developing product roadmaps
  • Facilitation and coordination of business/user requirements gathering experience from key stakeholders and end users
  • Understanding of prototypes, mock-ups and/or wireframes as part of product development.
  • Understanding of data-model diagrams, and the ability to understand relational structures.
