We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to handle inquiries related to Germany Visa, Passport, and Other Services . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to applicants via phone (inbound/outbound), email, and chat Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment, providing accurate and timely information on passport, visa, Consular, and OCI services.
- Assist customers with application requirements, processes, tracking, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Stay informed about German consulate/embassy guidelines, regulations, and updates related to visa/passport services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including resolutions and pending matters, in the database using call center software.
- Demonstrate a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in German, English & Punjabi Language.
- Familiarity with German consulate procedures or international documentation processes is desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
