About the Role: We’re looking for a Compliance Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the company stays compliant with laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience in compliance to grow their career and contribute to a strong compliance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with internal controls, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOC 3, and other industry standards.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Operations teams to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support the documentation of audit findings, preparation of reports, and communication with senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and help drive continuous improvement in internal controls and compliance processes.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or a related role, with expertise in ISO 27001 and SOC 2, SOC 3.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with product-based companies is preferred.
