The candidate Owns branch sales performance including P&L, volume and market share, new and repeat TP business at branch and demand planning support to region for the channels for all categories and manages branch budget and overall admin.. Responsibilities
- Owns and lead development of monthly demand plan for the branch.
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Identifies, evaluates new channel partners and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
- 2-5 years in channel sales and distribution
- Experience hiring and training individuals
