Industry Experience: IT Industry experience in sales is must. Designation: Business Development Manager Roles And Responsibilities: • 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or related field • Should have expertise in selling and marketing Web Application, Mobile Application development solutions, Enterprise Application development, digital marketing & other software development Solutions • Maintain an expert knowledge of our products and services, features, and benefits and act as a consultant to the client. • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. • Promoting the organization and products. • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.Regularly follow up internally and externally for all outstanding client queries and requests. • Can handle International Calls. Skills required: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business or related field. • Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales • Ability to lead a sales team. • Good communication and technical skills. • The candidate should have strong presentation skills. • Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience. • Ability to remain calm, have a flexible attitude and to work with minimum • The candidate should be proficient in English.
