Company Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC and PHE Design Engineers to join our dynamic MEP consultancy team at Kochi ,Kerala ,India. You will collaborate closely with Principal mechanical Engineer, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to deliver energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective HVAC solutions. Role Description HVAC Responsibilities: Conduct load calculations and energy modeling for HVAC systems using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, Carrier, Trane Trace). Design and draft HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation systems, chilled water piping, and equipment layouts, using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Prepare equipment specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local codes. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. PHE Responsibilities: Design and draft plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater systems. Develop detailed layouts and schematics for sanitary, stormwater, and potable water systems. Prepare specifications for plumbing fixtures, pumps, tanks, and water treatment systems. Ensure compliance with codes like IPC (International Plumbing Code) or local regulations. Collaborate with other engineers to integrate PHE systems into overall project designs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
