We are looking for a Onboarding Specialist to play a critical role in onboarding, implementation, support, and IT infrastructure management across hospitals, clinics, corporate wellness programs, and other healthcare institutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless deployment and support of our products. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of hospitals, clinics, and corporate customers, ensuring a smooth transition to Wundrsight Health’s digital therapeutics.
  • Deploy and configure XR devices, software, and integrations with hospital IT systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote training to medical staff and administrators on platform usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to personalize deployment strategies based on customer needs.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations from hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners.
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation for end users.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues before they impact users.
3. IT Infrastructure & Security Management
  • Oversee on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure supporting Wundrsight Health’s digital therapeutics.
  • Work with hospital IT teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with their existing EHR, firewall, and security protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with data security and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
4. Customer Success & Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to hospital administrators and clinicians, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to highlight product usage, impact, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Support renewals and upselling efforts by demonstrating ongoing value.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT infrastructure management, or customer success in a healthcare, SaaS, or MedTech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software deployment , including VR/XR/AR technologies, Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms .
  • Experience with EHR integrations, hospital IT systems, and security protocols is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders .
  • Comfortable with 50% travel to client sites for installations, training, and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer success or technical implementation role is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with digital health products, telemedicine, or medical devices .
  • Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and data security best practices.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments .
