Grow Your Staff is looking for a Back End Developer for a Computer Software firm in Germany. The position is a contractual/freelance remote opportunity. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany. Experience required: 5 years+ CTC: Up to INR 2,00,000/month Location: Remote Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using MongoDB.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices including Kubernetes and AWS-based deployments.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices in DevOps and backend development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend development and deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB database management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
