UI / UX Designer

Our mission is to empower event organizers with innovative tools for smarter, safer, and more efficient events. Role Overview: We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role focuses on designing user-centric, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for a suite of apps, including crowd management, cashless payment solutions, access control systems, and inventory dashboards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of event organizers and enhancing the usability of our apps for large-scale, high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in existing apps.

1. Design Development

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for applications.
• Design interfaces for crowd management, real-time monitoring dashboards, and point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure designs are functional across devices (web and mobile).

1. Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and technology teams to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a consistent visual identity across products.

1. Usability Testing

• Organize and conduct usability tests to validate designs and gather user feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on insights to ensure a user-friendly experience.

1. Visual Design & Branding

• Maintain a cohesive design language and style guide for products.
• Create engaging data visualizations for real-time dashboards and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with SaaS or B2B applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly interfaces and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of event management workflows and crowd management challenges is a plus.
• Ability to visualize complex data and translate it into simple, actionable interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Passionate about technology and innovation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience designing for real-time, high-pressure use cases.
