We have the opportunity to Director Agile Coach with one of our clients US based product organization, Job Title - Director Agile Coach Job Location - Noida / Pune Experience - 18 + Years Job Overview: The Agile Methodology Director is a leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing the successful implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of Agile principles with business goals and initiatives. The Agile Methodology Director will lead and mentor a team of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that Agile practices and processes are scaled effectively across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation and scaling of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across multiple teams or departments.
  • Develop and communicate the organization’s Agile strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure effective execution of Agile processes.
  • Drive the cultural shift towards a collaborative and iterative mindset, fostering a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish and track performance metrics, ensuring teams are delivering results.
  • Ensure that Agile practices are adopted consistently, while tailoring practices where appropriate to suit different team needs and organizational requirements.
  • Act as an Agile evangelist, promoting Agile principles and practices across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to teams and leaders at all levels to improve Agile understanding and performance.
  • Foster an environment of transparency, trust, and open communication to drive successful Agile transformations.
  • Manage the Agile portfolio, ensuring proper prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks or obstacles to Agile adoption and delivery, proactively resolving challenges.
  • Establish and continuously refine a roadmap for Agile maturity and transformation across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or Agile certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and a deep understanding of Agile principles.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations or complex environments.
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices and driving Agile maturity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe SPC) is highly preferred.
