Social Media and Performance Marketing Specialist Yrs of Experience: 3+ Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Rd Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Work From Office (WFO), Remote or hybrid work is not available. Job Duties: B2B Marketing:
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract B2B clients (e.g., restaurants, hotels, and interior designers).
- Optimize campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for bulk purchases.
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns to target professionals and decision-makers.
- Create Sponsored Posts, InMail Ads, and lead-generation forms to drive B2B traffic.
- Design visually appealing pins to showcase home and kitchen products.
- Leverage Pinterest Shopping Ads to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Use Pinterest analytics to identify top-performing content.
- Develop creative and engaging short videos tailored to TikTok’s audience.
- Run campaigns like Hashtag Challenges and Spark Ads to boost product visibility.
- Create video content such as tutorials, unboxings, and product demos.
- Optimize TrueView and Shopping Ads for increased visibility and conversions.
- Engage with niche communities by answering relevant questions and promoting products.
- Run Promoted Posts and Ads to drive targeted traffic.
- Develop and execute email campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Use segmentation to personalize offers and improve open rates.
- Collaborate with customers and influencers to create authentic content showcasing products.
- Leverage UGC for social proof on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media and performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce.
- Proficiency in ad platforms for LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with UGC platforms and management tools.
- Experience with campaign performance tracking and tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or Sprout Social.
- Strong ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for TikTok.
- Strong storytelling skills to create engaging campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C buyer psychology.
