Social Media and Performance Marketing Specialist Yrs of Experience: 3+ Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Rd Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Work From Office (WFO), Remote or hybrid work is not available. Job Duties: B2B Marketing:

  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract B2B clients (e.g., restaurants, hotels, and interior designers).
  • Optimize campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for bulk purchases.
LinkedIn Advertising:
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns to target professionals and decision-makers.
  • Create Sponsored Posts, InMail Ads, and lead-generation forms to drive B2B traffic.
Pinterest Marketing:
  • Design visually appealing pins to showcase home and kitchen products.
  • Leverage Pinterest Shopping Ads to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Use Pinterest analytics to identify top-performing content.
TikTok Advertising:
  • Develop creative and engaging short videos tailored to TikTok’s audience.
  • Run campaigns like Hashtag Challenges and Spark Ads to boost product visibility.
YouTube Advertising:
  • Create video content such as tutorials, unboxings, and product demos.
  • Optimize TrueView and Shopping Ads for increased visibility and conversions.
Quora and Reddit Marketing:
  • Engage with niche communities by answering relevant questions and promoting products.
  • Run Promoted Posts and Ads to drive targeted traffic.
Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Use segmentation to personalize offers and improve open rates.
UGC (User-Generated Content):
  • Collaborate with customers and influencers to create authentic content showcasing products.
  • Leverage UGC for social proof on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media and performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms for LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with UGC platforms and management tools.
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking and tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for TikTok.
  • Strong storytelling skills to create engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C buyer psychology.
  • Any degree
