Senior SEO Manager – eCommerce (Health & Beauty) Location: Bangalore, India Market Focus: Middle East About Us We are a fast-growing eCommerce platform specializing in health, beauty, and skincare for the Middle East market. Our mission is to provide top-quality products while delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. As we expand, we are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy and enhance our search visibility. Role Overview As a Senior SEO Manager , you will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and optimizing on-site and off-site SEO strategies for the Middle East market. You will collaborate with content, tech, and marketing teams to execute data-driven SEO strategies and ensure high visibility in search engines. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to the Middle East eCommerce market. Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify high-impact keywords and optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages. On-Page & Technical SEO: Improve site structure, meta tags, schema markup, URL strategies, and internal linking. Content SEO: Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly, high-ranking content for health & beauty products. Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks and partnerships to improve domain authority. SEO Audits & Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits, track performance metrics (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and drive improvements. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and competitor strategies in the Middle East. Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams for site speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals enhancements. Requirements 5-8 years of SEO experience , preferably in eCommerce or beauty/wellness industries. Expertise in SEO (Google), including Arabic-language search trends (Arabic proficiency is a plus but not mandatory). Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4). Strong knowledge of technical SEO , schema markup, and site structure best practices. Proven track record in driving organic traffic growth & improving rankings . Experience in international/multi-language SEO is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and tech teams . Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
