GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist . This position will work from 12:00 am to 8:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens. Work time will shift to better hours over time. Job Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the invoicing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in billing and AR activities. Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing information, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining organized financial records. This role involves resolving payment discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns, supporting audits, and assisting with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of AR experience, familiarity with ERP systems and customer portals, and exceptional attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage high-volume transactions and multiple customer accounts efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify billing information and ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Process payments, reconcile accounts, and address payment discrepancies effectively.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, supporting audits and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
  • Utilize ERP systems and customer portals to manage and track AR activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance AR operations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with customer portals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactions and multiple customer accounts efficiently.
