Role Overview: As a Financial Concierge, you will be crucial in sourcing leads, and providing expert guidance on our investment product. You will need a deep understanding of financial principles, the ability to articulate the distinct advantages compared to traditional investment options, prior background in wealth management is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Qualification - Qualify and engage hot leads to assess their suitability. - Drive and facilitate interactions with our RIAs and ensure high-quality prospects interact with our advisory team. Educational Outreach: - Explain the unique aspects, contrasting it with traditional investment strategies. - Provide detailed insights into how the plan operates and its potential benefits to clients. Client Onboarding and Advisory: - Guide prospects to RIA interactions, followed by comprehensive one-on-one sessions to address questions and facilitate onboarding. - Conduct personalized advisory calls to develop tailored investment strategies for each client. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement. - Monitor and address clients' evolving needs and investment goals, providing proactive and responsive service. Qualifications: - MBA candidates with specialisation in Finance, Sales and Marketing are highly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Related certifications (e.g., CFP) will be preferred. - Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or a similar financial role. - Extensive knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, asset management, and portfolio construction. - Demonstrated expertise in managing high-net-worth client relationships and providing tailored financial advice. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
