Job Role: Solar Winds Job Location: Hyderabad. Exp Range: 4 Years to 6 Years. Required Technical Skill Set : Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
- Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application
- Experience in scripting like Ksh, Bsh, Powershell
- Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance
- Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
- Good understanding of operating system such Unix/Linux and Windows
- Good documentation skills
- Basic skills on project planning and management
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
- Experience with other monitoring tools preferably network
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow
- Expertise included implementation of NPM, NTA, NCM, FSM, and IPAM to manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
