As our position in the market evolves, we’re looking for a Research Associate – Trends & Futures Team to manage a wide range of initiatives across the full project lifecycle from proposal to report delivery. Reporting directly to the Director –NRG; NRG is a leading global insights and strategy firm at the confluence of content, culture, and technology. We’re a trusted partner to our clients, working behind the scenes to bring imagination, depth, and clarity to their biggest challenges—in entertainment, technology, lifestyle, sports, and gaming. Together, we create with confidence REPORTS TO Delivery Lead (Matrix-line) & Director, Assembly Global Delivery • Assist the team with quality control processes throughout the quantitative research lifecycle, including tasks such as:
- Perform data quality checks using CMIX o Search for bad cases, including using and monitoring Data Robot, our machine learning model
- Test programmed survey links for formatting and accuracy compared to the final questionnaire, logic, and research objectives
- Review open end responses for quality issues
- Proof reports/presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides for accuracy
- Ideally looking – You have a B.A./B.S. degree in areas such as Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field. Additional degrees are welcome!
