It's being used by multiple Fortune 500 companies and is becoming the market leader. Role Description This is a full-time remote role at Cimba.AI. The Senior/Staff Software Engineers will be responsible for leading teams, overseeing software development projects, managing integrations, and ensuring project success on the platform. Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience with tier-1 product-based companies or startups demonstrating product ownership.
• Hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and coding.
• Technical leadership and people management

• Technical Leadership: Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems, microservices, and APIs that power critical services at scale.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own system design, architecture, and technical documentation; ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Best Practices & Standards: Drive code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help establish coding standards and software best practices.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to on-call rotations and incident management; proactively identify, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
