About The Role: The Sleep Company is looking for an experienced Business Development Head – South India to lead regional growth, drive corporate sales, and establish a strong network of interior designers, architects . This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and expertise in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team to drive sales across South India.
- Set KPIs and revenue targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance productivity.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients , hospitality businesses (hotels, co-living spaces), and large institutions for bulk orders.
- Develop strategic alliances with real estate developers, co-working spaces, and commercial projects .
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and design firms to generate business.
- Conduct workshops, networking events, and industry collaborations to position The Sleep Company as a preferred brand.
- Develop incentive programs and partnerships to drive referrals and long-term engagement.
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to fine-tune regional business strategies.
- Provide regular insights and performance reports to senior leadership for decision-making.
