Software Solution Architect - SQL & Data Solutions (Healthcare Domain) - Kochi

• Design and architect data solutions , ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop enterprise data integration standards and guidelines for structured data management.
• Work extensively with SQL databases (on-premise and cloud) and data structures to optimize data operations.
• Lead and implement data mining, data mapping, and ETL processes .
• Drive cross-platform data migration initiatives , ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
• Lead a multi-technology team , making key technology decisions and implementing robust solutions.
• Analyze and optimize system components by following industry best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to estimate project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Ensure end-to-end system solutions align with business needs and technical best practices.
• Author and review technical documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and product vendors to coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Database Expertise: SQL Databases (On-Prem & Cloud), Data Structures
• Data & Integration: Data Mining, ETL, Data Mapping, Enterprise Data Integration
• Migration & Architecture: Cross-Platform Data Migration, Solution Design, Technical Architecture
• Project Leadership: Team Leadership, Technology Decision-Making, Stakeholder Collaboration
• Domain Knowledge: US Healthcare Domain (Preferred)
• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences, including executive leadership

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Architecture, SQL, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
