Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (Oracle NetSuite) to join our Mumbai office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Oracle NetSuite environment. Key Responsibilities • Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain customizations, SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0), workflows, and integrations within the Oracle NetSuite platform. • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts to review technical specifications, assess feasibility, and propose scalable solutions. • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite applications and integrations, providing advanced troubleshooting support. • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, processes, and system architecture. • Project Management: Track and report project progress using NetSuite and Jira, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and oversee external development teams to maintain code quality and best practices. • Deployment & Support: Assist with UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and effective knowledge transfer to operations teams. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, updates, and best practices, recommending continuous improvements to enhance system performance.
