Social Media Marketing Intern (Remote – 3 Months) Location: Remote Type: Unpaid Internship (Potential PPO + Recommendation Letter) Duration: 3 Months Internship Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and help generate inbound leads for the company. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy. Daily Responsibilities: ● Get familiar with the company’s branding, services, and overall social media strategy. ● Research competitors’ social media pages to understand trends, content styles, and best practices. ● Create a content plan that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives, ensuring content is varied and engaging. ● Post daily updates on LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining consistency across platforms. ● Write engaging captions, case studies, and testimonials to complement posts and drive audience interaction. ● Increase visibility by commenting on 30+ relevant LinkedIn posts each day to create organic engagement. ● Track engagement on posts, including likes, shares, comments, and other metrics, to measure success. ● Run campaigns to generate leads, including Google Reviews and referral programs. ● Engage with businesses interacting with posts, guiding them to sales teams for follow-up. ● Optimize social media profiles and content to attract potential leads and encourage conversion. ● Work with the sales team to convert social media leads into paying clients. ● Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, suggesting adjustments for future posts. Requirements : ● Passion for marketing, social media, and content creation. ● Strong writing skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus). ● Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and content strategy. ● No prior experience required, but proficiency with tools like Canva and basic design skills are a plus. Outcome: You will gain practical experience in social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation, with the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers.
