What will you do?• Translate requirements and implement product features to perfection. • Lead a team of developers to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products. • Deliver high-quality, best-in-class code across web and mobile products. • Continuously improve products through innovation and learning. • Develop features for highly complex, distributed transaction processing systems. • Debug production issues and create mitigation plans. • Optimize performance and perform benchmarking. • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement innovations. What makes you a great match for us?• Experience: 6-9 years as a Backend Developer. • Expertise in Node.js & NestJS (mandatory); experience with JavaScript, Java, or TypeScript is a plus. • Strong skills in SQL (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). • Proficient in memory management, multithreaded programming, and background processing. • Familiarity with DOM manipulation and CSS functionalities. • Hands-on experience with: o Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD). o Debugging complex production issues and analyzing logs. o CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI). o Microservices architecture and Agile Development (SCRUM). o Code versioning tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. o WebSocket, Redis, Memcached, and Push Notifications. Elasticsearch ELK Good to Have • Experience working on high-visibility, high-traffic web applications. • Previous startup experience.
