Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job description: About the Role: As our AI Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our AI-driven transformation. You'll build and iterate on internal tools, directly impacting our recruitment team's efficiency. You'll work closely with the founders, contributing to the development of future product offerings and shaping the direction of our technology. Employment Type: Full-time Contractor Duration: 1 year (renewable every 3 months based on performance) Notice: 10 days Location: Remote What You'll Do:

• Develop Internal Tools: Turn existing successful LLM prompts into Streamlit-based tools used daily by our recruitment team. Automate processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Drive Efficiency & Feedback: Implement a rapid iteration cycle, gathering feedback and continuously refining prompts, workflows, and user interfaces. See measurable improvements in team efficiency within weeks.
• Contribute to Product Development (Phase 2): Help build larger-scale products for external clients, collaborating with founders to define features and align with business goals.
• Ensure Scalable Deployment: Deploy applications using platforms like Replit, maintaining clear deployment and version control practices (Git-based workflow).

• AI-Native Expertise: You live and breathe AI, with demonstrable experience building and iterating on LLM-based solutions.
• Rapid Iteration Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable experimenting and quickly updating prompts and tools.
• Collaborative Spirit: You're a strong communicator, able to translate complex technical details into user-friendly tools for both technical and non-technical team members.

• Proficient in Python: Demonstrable experience is essential.
• Hands-on LLM Experience: Experience calling LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source) and iterating on prompts is a must. Be prepared to discuss and demonstrate your work.
• Streamlit Expertise: Real-world experience building Streamlit apps (with examples) is critical.
• Git Proficiency: Essential for version control and collaboration.
• Cursor Familiarity: For rapid iteration and development.

• TypeScript experience
• Supabase experience
• LLM Evals & Prompt Quality experience
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation experience
• Experience building AI workflows orchestrating multiple prompts
• N8N experience
• Chrome Extension development skills
