Senior DevOps Engineer

The role will be based within the Electrical & Vehicle Engineering (EVE) Centre Of Competence, and part the team based within the Assisted & Automated Driving (AAD) Domain. We are seeking an experienced Devops engineer, to be part of an experienced, energetic high performing Agile organisation, who operate effectively within a complex and innovative stakeholder landscape. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities This role will provide you with the opportunity to significantly influence the unification of processes and tools for software development and maintenance in ADAS domain, including:

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure to support software delivery teams
• Improving existing tools & processes to support and enhance smooth functioning of delivery teams
• Setting up new tools and required infrastructure for software development and maintenance
• Developing intuitive and smart dashboard to help monitor and control project health
• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
• Troubleshooting techniques to fix complex issues related to tools and infrastructure
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD pipeline)
• Mentor and support other DevOps engineers

The role requires you to be a self-starter and someone who can work closely across global team boundaries, including:

The role will fit you best if you have an experienced technical analyst background, including:

• Practical exposure to DevOps (Automated Software Delivery) & SDLC tools
• Working experience in at least one of Cloud technologies (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Hands on experience in IT infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible
• Adept at various SDLC tool chains – most importantly Atlassian tools like JIRA, Portfolio, Bamboo, Bitbucket and Confluence. Knowledge of Dassault (DSA) tool chain like TRM for requirement management is desirable
• Sound knowledge on CI/CD tools like Gitlab/Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jenkins
• Hands on experience in Python, Shell, Bash scripting
• Advanced MS office excel skills
• Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
• Good exposure to stakeholder management, working with diverse and global team of partners and suppliers
• Experienced with Agile Frameworks – (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE…)
• Experience with project management skills like, planning, tracking, issue reporting and escalating
• Fluent in English
