Business Analyst (MES / Steel Industry)

Business Analyst: Experience : 3 to 9 years Location : Vijayanagara, Karnataka Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to gather and document requirements in the form of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and business stakeholders (e.g., customers, end users, executives) to ensure that everyone is aligned on goals, progress, and challenges.
• Participate in daily stand-ups to monitor progress, clarify requirements, and assist with any blockers that arise.
• Market Analysis : Understanding the steel industry’s trends, competitor performance, and customer requirements to support business decisions.
• Process Improvement : Identifying inefficiencies in steel production, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes and proposing solutions for optimization.
• Data Analysis : Analyzing production data, sales figures, and inventory levels to provide insights that can guide operational decisions and business strategies.
• Technology Integration : Evaluating and implementing software systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain management tools) to streamline business operations and improve data accessibility.
• Supply Chain Management : Monitoring and optimizing the supply chain from raw materials (like iron ore) to the delivery of finished steel products to customers.
