- Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth
- Define and refine brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage the brand roadmap and oversee key strategic initiatives to enhance brand equity
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform brand decisions
- Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and expansion
- Conduct brand health assessments and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, digital marketing) to ensure strategic brand alignment
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact brand initiatives
- Develop frameworks for brand governance and ensure seamless implementation across all channels
- Define KPIs, track brand performance, and drive data-driven optimizations
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership, shaping future brand strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in brand management, strategy, or marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing industry
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or a related field
- Brand & Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and multichannel brand management (digital, web, online, offline)
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze market trends, develop data-driven strategies, and drive long-term brand growth
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand strategies and influence cross-functional teams
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with brand tracking tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus
- Market & Consumer Insights: Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making
