Job Role : Business Development Executive / Client Acquisition Executive Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree. Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Client Management, in IT Staffing & Recruitment industry. Positions : 2 Location : 1 Position @ Jaipur WFO 1 Positon @ Remote Pune/ Bangalore Responsibilities : Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for IT Staffing Solutions; develop and execute strategic plans and acquire new business. Tracking: Set and monitor sales targets, prepare activity reports, and present data to the management to identify trends and improvement of opportunities. Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate deals to achieve business goals. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationship and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers. Regularly engage clients to understand and meet their critical staffing needs. Skills : Strong understanding of IT staffing and the technology industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability in Client Acquisition and Maintain relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
