Looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 10+ yrs. of experience . There are multiple openings. You will report into IIT'ans/BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers). Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q1 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements to understand the underlying business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve any ambiguities.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
- Support project managers in defining project schedules, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and use of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
