Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in international and domestic markets to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT and digital product sales, winning projects through freelancer platforms, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Research potential clients in IT services and digital products across global (Europe, North America, Middle East) and Indian markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs and challenges.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by closing deals and developing effective strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide updates to senior management.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in business development and sales in IT services or digital product industries.
- Strong experience in EMEA, North America, or Indian markets.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects through freelancer platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a technical background or knowledge of IT solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus.
