Workday Lead (Compensation & Benefits and Recruiting)

We are currently partnering with a leading organization in Financial Services that has been making significant expansion globally. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Workday Lead, based in Bangalore, India. We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Lead to collaborate with process owners, the Workday support team, and relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday HCM solution, a proven track record of leading complex projects, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 10 years of total experience with 5+ years as a Workday C&B Lead or Workday Recruiting Lead or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday solutions with relevant certifications/accreditations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions.
• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred but not mandatory.
