Job Title: Director of Sales Location: Permanent Work from Home/ Remote Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST) Position Type & Duration: Permanent Job Overview : The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand Soho’s presence in the North American market. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the staffing and consulting industry , particularly in financial services, IT, and technology domains. Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding Soho's market presence and client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Market Expansion: Leverage industry knowledge to penetrate new markets and establish Soho as a preferred partner for clients in the financial and technology sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruiting, operations, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and market research to drive insights and optimize sales performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership within the staffing, consulting, or IT services industry, focusing on North American markets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in SOW, Staff Augmentation , and IT services in financial and technology sectors. Familiarity with Cloud Migration, API development, and Finance Regulatory Reporting is an advantage.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with remote teams. Willingness to travel as needed.
