Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Manager at Autism Care Plus. The role involves overseeing HR operations, policies, management, and employee relations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
- Experience in HR processes and operations management
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in hiring and employee onboarding
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare or therapy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
