Job Title: E-Commerce-Executive ( for Quick Commerce like Blink It, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Bigbasket etc) Location: Remote (Candidate should be Delhi/NCR Based) About Us Nurturing Green is India’s leading gardening lifestyle brand, specializing in products that bring greenery into homes, offices, and everyday life. With a strong presence across retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels, we aim to make gardening accessible, stylish, and sustainable for all Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive - Q.Comm to join our team. In this role, you will support the Quick commerce KAM in order management, inventory management, and account management across various online platforms. Your role will involve assisting in implementing plans to increase online sales, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining inventory levels, and improving sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of e-commerce & quick commerce platforms and possess good analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Order Management:
- Collaborate with the backend team to assist in overseeing the complete order management cycle, ensuring timely dispatch and resolving logistic challenges.
- Help handle coordination and ensure seamless order dispatches, including managing invoices, shipment dates, process & payment management.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order execution and resolution of complaints.
- Work directly with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to assist in updating inventory across multiple platforms.
- Regularly monitor and manage inventory levels, taking into account factors such as sales trends, promotional activities, and product lifecycle stages.
- Assist in executing strategies to optimize inventory turnover, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess inventory.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to help implement promotional campaigns, ensuring adequate inventory availability.
- Monitor and analyse SKU-level performance, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and take appropriate actions to optimize inventory assortment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate execution of inventory-related activities, such as stock transfers, stock adjustments, and stock reconciliations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to anticipate changes in inventory requirements.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management, highlighting key metrics such as inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and stock availability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
- Work with Marketplace account managers to achieve sales targets & optimize performance.
- Assist in executing plans for driving sales and maximizing performance on various quick commerce platforms.
- Regularly communicate with account managers to understand platform-specific requirements, updates, and best practices.
- Understand sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to account managers.
- Implement the business strategy and understand the marketplaces.
- Gain understanding of the company's overall business strategy and align marketplace activities with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated of changes in marketplace working and platform, to ensure we are constantly updated on any occasions or events.
- Communicating with marketplaces to resolve operational issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication between the company and marketplace representatives.
- Engage with marketplace teams to address operational issues and ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketplace representatives to resolve account-related issues.
- Create and report sales data, highlighting key performance metrics, trends & insights.
- Prepare other management information system (MIS) reports as required.
- Present reports to the management team and explain any challenges, and opportunities
- Good knowledge of quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto & Instamart, Bigbasket etc is ideal. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon etc. for inventory management will be a plus
- Familiarity with keyword research, competitor research etc
- Experience in order processing, returns and preparing reports.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in Quick commerce operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, etc.
