Job Title – City Head (Delhi/NCR) Job Overview: The City Head for care home Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall management, growth, and operational efficiency of multiple hospital units in the Delhi NCR region. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and ensuring that all units under your purview maintain high standards of patient care, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with unit heads, medical staff, and administrative teams to achieve organizational goals, improve profitability, and enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple units across Delhi NCR.
- Ensure smooth functioning of departments such as administration, medical services, nursing, and allied services.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Strategic Leadership :
- Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and guide Managers, Department Heads, and staff to ensure seamless operations and high patient satisfaction.
- Develop short and long-term goals for the hospitals and align them with the overall business strategy.
- Financial Management :
- Oversee the budget for each unit, monitor expenditures, and ensure profitability.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring cost control without compromising on the quality of services.
- Work on increasing revenue through improved service offerings, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance :
- Ensure all units comply with health regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Regularly assess patient care quality, safety standards, and the effectiveness of medical practices.
- Coordinate audits and inspections to maintain accreditation and certifications.
- Team Development & Leadership :
- Build a strong, capable team by hiring, training, and retaining top talent for hospital units.
- Mentor and develop senior hospital management, enhancing their leadership and operational skills.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, insurance companies, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external parties, ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Patient Experience & Satisfaction :
- Monitor patient feedback and work towards enhancing the overall patient experience.
- Address patient complaints and concerns swiftly, maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Educational Qualification : MBA in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration or equivalent.
- Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple units.
- Proven experience in managing large teams, driving operational performance, and optimizing hospital profitability.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and quality protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office tools.
