Job description Company Description Level-up is a team of passionate professionals specializing in clinical nutrition, lifestyle nutrition, and exercise for women. We have helped over 3000 people with PCOS reversal, structured fat loss, and maternity nutrition. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Level-up. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative methods. Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate assessments and provide recommendations for final selection. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the hiring process. Maintain positive relationships with potential candidates, fostering a talent pipeline for future openings. Process Management: Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of open roles and recruitment activities. Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Understanding of clinical nutrition, lifestyle nutrition, or exercise is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 rupees per month
