- We are a dynamic, growth-focused company seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in B2B business environments. We are looking for someone passionate about designing impactful user experiences for B2B solutions, bringing design strategies that align with our business objectives.
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs for our B2B products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Your role will involve designing user interfaces, prototyping, user research, and collaborating on design solutions.
- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for B2B platforms, web applications, and mobile interfaces.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to drive design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure that the designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
- Prototyping & Interaction Design: Use tools like Figma and Axure to create interactive prototypes and user flows that showcase the functionality of the product.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain consistent design standards and guidelines that ensure a cohesive and scalable user interface.
- B2B Focus: Leverage your experience in B2B business to design solutions that meet the needs of business clients and improve the usability and functionality of our products.
- Tools Proficiency: Work with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for visual design creation.
- Front-End Knowledge: Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless handoffs, understanding HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for a clear understanding of design limitations and possibilities.
- Proven hands-on experience in UI/UX design, specifically for B2B products.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas, design concepts, and user insights.
- Ability to balance design creativity with practical, business-focused solutions.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong background in designing B2B user experiences.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year in a B2B environment.
- Experience in responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
