The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bench sales and IT recruitment, with a proven ability to understand and articulate technical requirements. This role involves conducting technical screenings, mentoring consultants, and supporting their professional development. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in IT Bench Sales or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to comprehend and explain IT technical requirements.
- Recruitment: Effectively communicate job descriptions to consultants and conduct thorough technical screenings.
- Knowledge: Strong theoretical understanding of key technologies, including Java, Data Engineering, and DevOps Engineering.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to consultants to foster their professional development.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Relevant IT experience.
- Background in IT training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
