We are looking for a young & dynamic HR professional to drive talent strategy, build a high performing culture and manage workforce planning in alignment with business goals. The role requires a business-focused HR professional who can enhance performance, build a strong employer brand and support organizational growth. Job Responsibilities: Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Wonderchef has multiple channels of distribution with independent teams for sales & support functions.

  • Align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and leadership development framework.
  • Align KRAs at all levels to drive performance.
Organizational Development & Culture
  • Strengthen a culture of innovation, accountability and high performance.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention and well-being initiatives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion to foster a progressive workplace.
  • Develop structured leadership programs for key talent.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee HR operations, policies and compliance to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead compensation, benefits and total rewards strategy .
  • Implement HR tech solutions for process optimization.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Drive end-to-end hiring , ensuring the right talent is onboarded.
  • Strengthen employer branding to position Wonderchef as a top workplace.
  • Lead campus hiring and internship programs to attract young talent.
Performance & Capability Building
  • Implement performance management systems linking individual goals to business success.
  • Develop learning and development programs to upskill employees.
HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
  • Advise leadership with data-driven HR insights .
  • Partner with business heads across sales and support functions .
  • Manage HR budgets and cost optimization .
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Skills Required
  • 7+ years in HR leadership in Consumer Appliances, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or D2C.
  • MBA in HR from a premier institute is a must.
  • Proven expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, training, performance management and culture building .
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws and HR tech .
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
