Do you want to work with a high-ownership team, where the average age is just 27 years , and be a change maker in the creator economy with us? What you will do: New Reseller Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard potential reseller partners to expand the reseller network.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide initial training on Classplus products, sales processes, and best practices.
- Ensure smooth partner activation and engagement from day one.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reseller partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resellers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Develop personalized growth plans for high-potential partners.
- Drive revenue generation through reseller partners by setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Analyze partner performance and implement strategies to maximize their sales output.
- Work closely with partners to enhance customer acquisition and increase Average Order Value (AOV).
- Organize regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions on selling high-ticket products.
- Provide ongoing support, sales scripts, and objection-handling techniques to improve reseller success rates.
- Conduct sessions on effective follow-ups and conversion techniques.
- Track and report reseller performance, sales trends, and key insights.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize reseller engagement strategies.
- Update the leadership regularly on reseller contribution and growth.
- Bring some Veteran Magic : 2+ years in channel sales, reseller partnerships, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Have ‘Sales’ running in your DNA : Strong understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques.
- Are likeable enough : Ability to build trust and drive long-term engagement with partners.
- Can lead from the front : Experience in mentoring and enabling sales teams or partners.
- Can think…analytically : Ability to assess data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies.
- Have all the Tech on your fingertips : Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and other sales enablement software.
- Are a real charmer : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated : A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
