This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience, outmaneuver competitors, and elevate the POCO brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every product launch not only meets but exceeds market expectations, contributing directly to POCO's continued success and market dominance Key Responsibilities: Strategic GTM Leadership

  • Develop and own comprehensive GTM strategies that align with POCO’s business goals, driving market share, revenue, and brand equity.
  • Identify and prioritize key market segments, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to position POCO products effectively.
Cross-Functional Synergy
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans
  • Act as the central point of contact, fostering strong communication channels and driving alignment across all departments involved in the launch process
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Conduct in-depth market research to gather actionable insights on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Leverage data analytics and consumer feedback to refine GTM strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and customer-focused
Brand Positioning & Message
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the unique value propositions of POCO products
  • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels, campaigns, and sales materials, strengthening POCO’s brand identity
Launch Excellence
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of product launches, including marketing campaigns, digital strategies, events, and channel activation
  • Monitor launch performance in real-time, implementing agile adjustments to maximize impact and return on investment
Sales Enablement & Training
  • Equip the sales team with robust training programs, sales tools, and competitive insights to empower them to effectively sell POCO products
  • Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the sales process, driving higher conversion rates
Performance Optimization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM activities, continuously optimizing strategies to enhance results
  • Provide detailed post-launch analyses and reports to leadership, outlining successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in GTM, product marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing high-impact product launches that drive significant business growth.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the smartphone market, with a keen eye on emerging trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-stakes projects with precision and creativity.
